Throw opponent from standing position directly to their back

Elimination Examples

Valid Pin Example

Competitor A secures side control and flattens Competitor B's shoulders to the mat. Referee counts "1... 2..." and Competitor B is eliminated.

Valid Throw Example

From standing position, Competitor A executes a hip toss that lands Competitor B directly on their back. Match ends immediately.

Pin Definition

Pin Criterion 1

Both shoulder blades flat on the mat for 2 seconds

Pin Criterion 2

Competitor throws their opponent from a standing position directly to their back

Pin Criterion 3

Competitor verbally concedes they are pinned

Competition Requirements

Uniform Requirements

Shorts with no metal or pockets
Tight-fitting compression shirt or rash guard
No baggy shorts (none extending past the knees) or baggy shirts

Improper uniform will result in disqualification. Ensure all requirements are met before arrival.

Hygiene Requirements

Long hair must be tied up securely
Fingernails and toenails must be clipped short
Participants must maintain proper personal hygiene
